  • 500 grams of meat pulp in 2cm x 2cm cubes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful of rice
  • ½ eggplant
  • ½ glass of wine
  • Salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste

The first step to prepare the sauteed vegetables and meat will be to cut all the vegetables in julienne. Also, you must chop the meat into dice if they have not already been cut in the butcher shop; In our case we will use beef or veal, but you can choose the one you prefer.


We put a spoonful of oil in the wok and when it warms a little we put the meat to brown.


When it begins to brown we put the glass of wine for the meat to absorb.


At the moment that the pieces of meat reach a “cooked color” we add the onion and the carrot.


As soon as the onion begins to soften, we put the salt and the handful of rice. I recommend you use a wooden spoon to stir.


We leave about 5 minutes for the rice to cook (for half the cooking time) and add all the vegetables.


Cook for another 5 minutes, when the rice softens (it has to be "a little hard") add the soy sauce and lower the heat to a minimum to keep for a couple of minutes.
